Covid-19 Safety Measures and Protocols

Symptom Checklist do you have any of the following:

  • Fever,
  • chills,
  • cough,
  • runny nose,
  • sore throat,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • congestion
  • previously positive for COVID-19 (within 14 days). Anyone who has tested positive (teacher, student, client, etc) needs to provide a negative test result before re-entering.
  • diarrhea or vomiting
  • loss of taste, smell or appetite
  • chronic fatigue or unusual headache

Exposure:

  • have you been in contact with someone with COVID-19 positive or currently awaiting results
  • have you been in an area flagged as having an outbreak (hospital unit, school, residence, CHSLD, workplace, etc)
  • have you been hospitalized in the last 14 days
  • have you travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, please cancel/reschedule your appointment or do not attend your class.

Upon Arrival:

  • Sanitize your hands
  • Sign in w/ your name, temperature, Covid checklist and phone number
  • You will be given a bin for your personal belongings
  • Proceed to the bathroom to change your clothes, wash hands and put on a clean mask (please sanitize after each use)
  • Our new address is: 2000 Northcliff #217

It is the big white building at the corner of de Maisonneuve, across from metro Vendome. I have a separate entrance at the northeast corner on Northcliff (one-way South from Sherbrooke) and a private parking space you can use, just pull up onto the sidewalk* please check availability beforehand.

After Class:

  • Remove all linens and place in a plastic bag (or hamper)
  • Sanitize your work station (massage table, oils, etc)
  • Fold and place your table in the storage area
  • For shiatsu students: remove linens, and leave mat as is to minimize surface contact

Student are required to bring to each class:

  • sheet set / pillow case, blanket, oil and hand towel
  • clean set of comfortable clothing, socks or inside shoes + plastic bag for dirty linens
  • a second face mask and eye protection / face shield (available for purchase)
  • Water bottle (optional)
    *please limit the amount of personal belongings your bring into the space
