Monday April 19th: Introduction to Crystal Healing
In the first workshop of the series, you will be introduced to crystal healing, why we might use crystals, and their benefits. We will cover the Five Cs of Crystals-Choosing, Cleansing, Charging, Creating Intention, and Care. We will also cover ethical sourcing, and basic tips and tricks for getting what you pay for.
April 26th: The Healing Properties of Crystals
In this second workshop we look at creation, crystalline structure, colour and shape, and how these affect your crystals healing abilities. Suggested uses according to your crystals characteristics will be outlined. We will explore the healing properties of some commonly available crystals. Also basic crystal healing troubleshooting.
May 3rd: Developing your Intuition
The third workshop is a two hour dive into your intuition. We will explore the benefits of working with your intuition, and the different ways messages can show up for you. We will cover several exercises to help you connect to and develop this important life long guidance system. This includes using crystals to enhance your intuition.
All zoom workshops will be held on a Monday from 7-9pm. They can be taken alone or as a set of three, in which case a recording will be made available to all registered participants. A hand crafted chakra starter kit can be purchased in advance, which includes: 7 piece chakra stone set, 1 crystal quartz point and 2x dropper bottles for the crystal elixirs.

Elizabeth is a Naturopath with 10 years experience in community, and her private practice, Vintage Health. Her approach combines naturopathic principles, scientific understanding, traditional Chinese theory, western and Chinese herbalism, acupressure, cupping therapy, and crystal and flower essences.
