Energetic Anatomy and Physiology
October 27 at 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 30, 2022
The breath, being the most vital source of life, coordinates communication between the structures of the body and all the systems within it. Learn how the breath affects the posture, and how the form, in turn, affects the function. All of these signals are received by the nervous system which is responsible for stress management, balance, resiliency and overall health of the body, and of the being.
By outlining health as the body’s collective response to any experience, students will learn from a wide spectrum of tools, such as posture correction and stress management, and how everything is interrelated.
Understanding how the body and the being nourish each other can then be applied as added knowledge to your current practice.
