This course offers an overview of nutrients as the building blocks of physical health, and takes a critical look at what’s “good” and what’s “bad” according to current standards. The digestive tract will be reviewed in terms of how it works (physiologically & symbolically) and the far-reaching impact of what happens to it under stress.
