Description
Qi Gong for practitioners of Integrative Medicine with Craig Cormack
This course is designed for those who are in practice delivering integrative health services to their clients. All too often, practitioners fall into the trap of not taking care of themselves while looking after the well-being of their clients and get burned out as a result.
In this course, practitioners will gain tools to maintain their energy at the same time they are sharing it with others. This is a delicate and challenging task, and practitioners have to be mindful of maintaining this balance throughout their careers.
Qi Gong comes from martial arts circles originally. From this beginning, other branches of Qi Gong developed into categories such as Medical Qi Gong and Qi Gong for health. This course is an amalgam of Martial Qi Gong, Wu Dan Qi Gong, and classical Qi Gong for health. It incorporates meditation, movement, and postures.
Learning and practicing Qi Gong is an investment in your long-term health and well-being, and it may be something that you would like to share with your clients and people who are close to you once you have learned and mastered the art. Many of my students have helped others with Qi Gong over the years and have their own students.
