Usui Reiki Level 1

This 15-hour course will introduce you to working with Reiki energy, starting from the basics.

The following will be covered:

• How to connect with your intuition and use grounding and shielding
• The history of Reiki (based on legend and fact)
• Five principles of Reiki and how to apply them
• Hand positions for healing self and others
• Attunement to the first-degree Reiki energy
• Instruction on how to provide hands-on healing sessions to friends, family and self

After completing first-level Reiki training and attunement, you can channel Reiki energy to self and others through hands-on treatment.

Usui Reiki Level 2

This 12-hour course aids in learning to work more intimately with energy and its uses and benefits. This level includes attunement to symbols, which you will have the chance to practice while learning how, when and why each is used.

The following will be covered:

• Training in the three pillars of Reiki
• Instruction on how to perform intuitive Reiki using the three pillars as an alternative method
• Instruction and attunement to the three Reiki symbols for second-degree Reiki
• Instruction and ethics regarding distance healing techniques
• Hands-on Reiki practice
• Information regarding setting up a Reiki practice (if interest and time allow)

After completing second-level Reiki training and attunement, you can send healing energy for distance Reiki and distance Reiki and give sessions to clients.

Usui Reiki Level 3 / Master Level

This 15-hour course deepens your understanding of Reiki and attunes you to the Reiki Master symbol.

The following will be covered:

• Instruction and attunement to the Reiki master symbol
• Instruction and attunement to other symbols (according to interest)
• Instruction in teaching and attuning new students
• Standards, practices and ethics for Reiki master teachers

After completing the Master level Reiki training, you can teach Reiki and attune new students to all degrees of Reiki.
