Description
Qi Gong for practitioners of Integrative Medicine with Craig Cormack
This workshop is tailored for professionals dedicated to offering integrative health services. We aim to equip you with strategies to preserve your energy while simultaneously imparting it to others. Balancing self-care with client care is a nuanced endeavor, and it’s vital to be conscious of this equilibrium throughout one’s professional journey. Originally rooted in martial arts, Qi Gong has evolved into various forms, including Medical Qi Gong and Qi Gong for general health. Our curriculum blends elements from Martial Qi Gong, Wu Dan Qi Gong, and traditional Qi Gong for health, encompassing meditation, dynamic movements, and specific postures.
